I am passionate about assisting people in their job search, either helping a candidate find the right role for them or assisting a business finding a perfect fit for their team.

Wise May enables me to work with people at different stages of their career which gives different satisfactions.

Early careers will always be my favourite part of assisting people into the work place, it might be a free service we offer but for me the growth you see in one individual from meeting them at a early careers event to seeing them in their work place is amazing and gives me a real feeling of purpose.

My spare time away from work is running around after my 4 daughters. Being a working parent is a complete juggle and something I now completely understand and value in many of my candidates and clients.
