Wise May are looking for a Administration Assistant to join a busy Financial Services business in central London.
The role will be working with a mixture of the Facilities and Administration team. Great customer service skills are essential due to the face to face interaction with all in house employees and external clients.
Duties include:
- Provide helpdesk support, responding to queries and requests in person, by email and phone
- Ensure floor copier points are clean, tidy and stocked with stationery and copier paper at all times
- Book local and international couriers as required
- Collect and distribute post and parcels
- Working with Manager, maintain and manage lost property log, disposing of items when appropriate
- Allocate lockers to new joiners on request, and working with Manager, manage and maintain accurate tracking system
Skills required:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Customer Service experience
- Experience of working in a demanding client driven Office Services / Facilities environment, preferably professional services
- Ability to remain calm when working under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A good problem solver
Fully office based: Monday to Friday with 2 shifts covering 08:00 – 16:30 and 09:30 – 18:00.
