Wise May are looking for a Senior Administrator to join a Finance business based in the City. The role is to work within an extremely friendly Regulation Teams and will support the Head of Process to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
Duties include:
- Sitting in on technical meetings
- Handling administrative tasks related to the receipt and allocation of complaints
- Taking phone calls
- Answering queries and dealing with enquiries
- Providing admin support to panel
- Assisting the Committee Operations team,
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and booking facilities
- Monitoring emails

- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous administration experience
- Willing to support team members
- Ability to deliver amazing customer service in person and remotely
