Wise May are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join an extremely busy and friendly Insurance business in the City.
The role will be working with the Claims team giving administration support . High possibility of the position becoming permanent after 12 months.
Duties include:
- Running monthly exception reports to identify, investigate and record potential breaches of authority.
- Creating authority documentation for review by the Claims team, sending authority system update requests to IT.
- Maintaining team reports to ensure management have sight of all areas of concerns
- Monitoring the team mailbox and allocating emails to the relevant members.
- Collating and sharing relevant documentation in preparation for external audits
- Tracking and reporting progress against delegated audit and independent underwriting review schedules
