Wise May are looking for a HR Business Partner to join this International Insurance business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to bring best practice idea’s and strategies to life.
Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team.
Duties will include:

Skills required:
- HR Business Partner with Stake Holders in a global capacity experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Flexible Industry experience - ideally looking for someone with fresh ideas and a fresh perspective
- Passionate about the people side of Human Resources and getting involved with projects around DE and I and Well Being as well as support the transition to a new HRIS
- You will build strong internal relationships and work closely with the HR Team whilst working independently managing your own stakeholder group
- You will need to be a team player, highly organised and approachable
