Wise May are looking for a Personal Assistant to join an Accountancy firm based in Waterloo.
This is a part time position working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week (1 day per week WFH).
Duties to include:
- To provide support to the partners including diary and email management.
- Arrange external and internal meetings
- Setting up the meeting rooms for internal meetings
- Field telephone calls
- Arranging couriers & DHL’s
- Booking and organising personal matters for the partners
- Completing both partners expenses and the teams expenses
- Preparation of engagement letters
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Password protecting documents for staff
- liaising with HMRC with regards to various corporation tax matters
- Drafting a standard reply letters
- Draft and forward fee notes to clients
- Proformas/Reports for new clients.
- WIP management
3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) , 08:30-17:30.
