Receptionist– City - £30,000 - £35,000
Wise May are looking for a Receptionist to join our client, a leading Barristers Chambers based in the City. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a sociable company.
Duties to include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Booking meetings
- Organising refreshments, lunches and catering for meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Maintaining a tidy reception area, waiting are and conference rooms
- Distributing incoming communications, faxes and papers/instructions
- General administrative duties
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organiser
- Ability to use own initiative
