We are a growing independent Recruitment agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload.

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates
- Advertising our live jobs to the company website and job boards
- Reviewing advert responses
- Sourcing candidates through various channels; Linkedin, Job boards, networks, social media and referrals
- Matching suitable candidates to shortlists
- Telephone pre-screen candidates
- Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews
- Gathering interview feedback
- Maintaining our CRM database
- Generating leads for the sales team to follow up
- Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll
- Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references)
- Credit control
- Social Media
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
- Resourceful and able to use own initiative
