We are a growing independent Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels; LinkedIn, Job boards, personal networks, social media and referrals.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates.
- Advertising our live jobs on the company website and job boards.
- Reviewing advert responses.
- Matching suitable candidates to shortlists.
- Pre-screen candidates on the telephone.
- Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Obtain interview feedback.
- Update and cleanse our CRM database.
- Generate leads for the sales team to follow up.
- Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll
- Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references).
- Create Social Media content.
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
- Resourceful and able to use own initiative
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate
